Hours before former Miss USA Rima Fakih was popped for DUI last week, the beauty pageant winner got DOWN at some liquor-filled party in Michigan -- and TMZ has obtained the boozy photo evidence.The pic was snapped at Chen Chow Brasserie in Birmingham -- and while it ain't 100% clear what Fakih's sipping on ... police arrested her on suspicion of DUI just hours later.
After the arrest, Fakih took to Twitter ... denying she was ever in Michigan -- but clearly, the pic shows otherwise.
Fakih's attorney later told a local paper, Rima was "very saddened and very apologetic for the situation that she is in right now."
